To be performed at end of each year.
Log into Airtable.
Duplicate the most recent base
Deselect “duplicate records” when prompted.
Rename the new base to the new year.
Open the new base and sort the Date column in descending order. That way newer sermons show up on top.
Click on Share button.
Click on “Share publicly”.
Turn on the “Enable shared base link (read-only).
Deselect “Allow viewers to copy data out of this view”.
Copy the link and send to Roger’s email address so he can add a link on the sermons page.
