Catherine Venable
Catherine was baptized in 1994. Her husband, Kit, is one of her greatest blessings from God. They have had the opportunity to participate and serve in various activities and events at Cornerstone Trinity Baptist Church (CTBC) and other non-profit organizations. Currently, she serves in the Sunday School ministry and is a member of the Board of Directors (BOD) at CTBC.
She has more than 20 years of professional experience in finance and accounting. For her employer, she currently serves on a BOD appointed investment committee and supports a separate BOD appointed committee for an ERISA plan. Previously, she served on a BOD for an insurance company and served as a Finance Committee Chairperson. She has a Bachelor’s degree with concentrations in Finance and in Accounting and a MBA with concentrations in Finance and in E-Commerce.
Clifton Wong
Clifton has been serving on the Board of Directors of Cornerstone Trinity Baptist Church since it's incorporation back in 2008. He holds the role of Treasurer for the church and handles various financial and accounting functions, in addition to coordinating the annual CPA review of the financial results. He has also served as a Board of Elder for the church from Oct 2014 to May 2018, when he decided to step down from his role of Elder in order to focus on the Board of Director tasks.
He has more than 35 years of professional finance and accounting experience. He graduated from Golden Gate University with a BA in Accounting and received his CPA license (inactive).
Jeff Lue
Jeff came to know Christ in college through God’s faithful people. Excited about his new life in Christ, he attended fellowship and Sunday Worship to learn more about God. Jeff had the privilege of serving as a high school youth leader and being a member of the church softball team for many years. Serving in these ministries allowed him to follow, teach, lead, and ultimately see a bigger picture of God. With a young family, and his wonderful wife, Kristin, God continues to reveal His goodness. Currently, he is serving as a Toddler Sunday School Teacher and a member of Board of Directors.
He has over 15 years of experience working with nonprofit and for profit employers consulting on their employee benefits. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
